Serena represents Professional clients subject to criminal and regulatory cases.
Serena has specialised in Criminal Defence work since 2006, and she qualified as a solicitor in 2012.
Between 2007-2009 she worked with Mandip Kumar, in Birmingham, representing Police Officers.
Serena has defended cases brought by the Crown Prosecution Service, National Crime Agency and the Health and Safety Executive. She has defended clients in complex criminal cases, including but not limited to allegations of, murder, rape, sexual assault, stalking, dangerous driving.
Serena has previously worked at regional and national law firms, including as Head of the Motoring department. She has experience of working with professional and corporate clients, and she understands the impact that a criminal or regulatory allegation can have on an individual and their family members.
